Here’s what you need to know: you crushed it. You planned and produced and wrote and designed. You built beautiful campaigns and made compelling asks. You put in the work.

So while the year isn’t quite over yet, the hard part is. All that’s left is watching gifts come in, saying thank you (a lot), encouraging your team, and starting to make plans for 2020.

So grab a coffee (speaking of…congrats to our coffee giveaway winner last week, Kelsey!), take a deep breath, and get ready to close out 2019 with enthusiasm, gratitude, and joy.

Next week, we’ll be enjoying the holidays with our families (and hope that you are making time to rest, too. It matters. A lot.), so we’ll see you back on January 2 with everything you need to vision-cast and plan for a great new year.
